Section 1 - Group Details
Meeting Description(Required)
Physical and Online meetings must be submitted separately. Tick the relevant option before proceeding to the next step in the form.
Provincial Intergroup(Required)
(e.g., Cork City Area, Antrim Area, Area 11, Galway Area) This is not a mandatory field but it is recommended that the AA Area is provided. Check with the Intergroup for details.

The information provided in this section replaces ALL existing meeting information. Include ALL the meetings the group hold, not just changes to existing meeting or new meetings.

Section 5 - Group Contact Information
Section 6 - Nomination User Details for the Group's Official AA Mailbox / Email address
Each group is allocated an offical AA Mailbox / Email Address. It allows AA Groups, Areas, Intergroups to communicate within the AA Structure and removes the need for AA members using personal information for service work in AA.
The login and password will only be issued to most recent nominated user, it should be kept secure and not shared with any other members.

Once submitted GSO will contact the nominated member with the details.
